”It’s a lovely day in Chigley.” Lord Bellborough and Bracket are taking Bessie out for a run to Treadle’s Wharf and the workers are making fine biscuits at the biscuit factory. When the whistle blows at the end of a hard day’s work, everyone makes their way to the park to enjoy the 6 o’clock Tea Dance.
